-: It’s characterized by avoiding processed food, not having a huge amount of trans fats, eliminating sugar from your diet. And it can start off quite benign in terms of a health kick or healthy eating, but as it develops then, more food rules come up. So avoiding gluten, not having dairy. So it ends up cutting out entire food groups which leads to malnourishment, particularly with macro and micronutrients.
