This is EllisFamLife #autistictwins Where we like to do three things. We want to raise awareness and acceptance for nonverbal autism relate to you and the autistic person in your life and educate by sharing examples and stories of our life with nonverbal autistic twins Alex and Will. So how many of you I’d like to know just adored Daylight savings time change. I don’t even really understand why we still have daylight savings… But I want to hear your story. I’m going to show you some little clips of how our twins do with daylight savings and time change and Then I want to relate and you come back and tell me how did it go for you? because it pretty much sucked for us and it sucks every time every few months when we go through this again just About the time we are completely settled in the new routine and we have achieved That happy place with our sleep and our waking up and our routine, especially Centered around bedtime and getting up the next morning We enjoy that for about three days and then we go through time change again. So springtime it hits Fall it hits and it is miserable every time so fun little clips of what our life looks like during daylight savings time Then when we get done, I want you to come back and tell me how did it go for you?   1. In the fall when the time goes back an hour is usually great because we SOMETIMES get that extra hour of sleep. But the spring forward is just awful all the way around.
